This is our once a year holiday masterpiece. Each spring - right after Easter - we place fresh unfrosted green coffee beans into a fresh dumped whiskey barrel, letting the wood, spirit, and time work their magic.
For more than six months the beans rest and breathe inside the oak, absorbing deep notes of vanilla, caramel, whiskey warmth, and holiday spice. When the barrel finally gives its blessing, we roast the beans to perfection, locking in rich aroma and festive flavor.
